Quotes provided by phone, email or through this website are based on the information supplied by the customer. Hidden access, additional fixtures, outdated piping, buried components or undisclosed conditions may affect the final price. Where conditions differ from what was described, we will discuss revised pricing with you before proceeding.
Appointment windows may shift due to weather, emergencies or route conditions in rural areas. We ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling so another customer can take the slot.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for disclosing the location of wells, septic components, buried lines, irrigation systems and any other underground infrastructure. We take reasonable care on every property but cannot be responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked underground features.
Our recommendations are based on visual observations made during service. Work quoted covers the items and scope described in the written estimate. If additional issues are discovered during the job, we will explain them and get your approval before moving forward.
Payment is due on completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. Accounts left unpaid may be subject to interest and collection costs.
We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty on labour for the period stated in your invoice or agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as provided by the supplier. Warranty claims must be reported promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue.
